How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?
We are typically booked out 2 to 3 weeks. We encourage all of our clients to pre-book their next appointment on the day their pet is groomed.
How often does my pet need to be groomed?
Depending on the breed, between 4 to 8 weeks.
What happens if I am unable to keep my appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to cancel. We do have 24 hour voicemail. Any cancellations less than 24 hours will be subject to a $50 per pet cancellation fee.
What happens if the groomer shows up for my appointment and there is no one home to release my pet?
Due to the fact that we are booked so far in advance, appointment times are very valuable. A no show fee of $50 per pet must be paid in advance in order to schedule another appointment.
Do I need to be home for my pet's grooming appointment?
No. In many cases, our clients will leave a key with a neighbor or give us their garage code. This is just another convenient way to get your pet groomed and go about your daily errands.
What do I need to do before my grooming appointment?
Please make sure your pet has a proper potty break before your pet's groomer arrives.
